Open access policy
The journal adheres to the principles of the Budapest Open Access Initiative (BOAI), so the articles of the journal starting from issue No. 1 year 2023 are available in open access under the accepted Creative Commons license: Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International (CC BY-NC 4.0) License.
According to this license, the following is possible:
- share (exchange) - copy and distribute the material on any medium and in any format;
- adapt (create derivative materials) - modify the material and create a new one, relying on it.
The following conditions are mandatory:
- "Attribution" – indication of authorship, reference to the license and changes, if any.
- "NonCommercial" – the use of the material for non-commercial purposes only.
- No additional restrictions - a prohibition on creating new legal terms or technological measures that restrict others from doing anything the license permits.
Notes:
- If some of the material is in the public domain, or if the material can be used under a copyright exclusion or limitation, you do not have to follow the terms of the license.
- No warranties are given. The license may not give you all of the permissions necessary for your intended use. For example, other rights such as confidentiality, privacy, may limit how you use the material.
