Армия и политика: теоретические парадигмы и исторический опыт

Аннотация

В статье рассматриваются актуальные концепции политической социологии, с помощью которых анализируются отношения политической власти и армии. Особенное внимание уделяется таким феноменам, как приоритет политических способов разрешения конфликтов по сравнению с военными способами, гражданский контроль над армией, солидарная ответственность военных и политиков в вопросах национальной безопасности, влияние военной профессии и армейской культуры с ее системой ценностей на общество и по литические элиты, власть военных и военная диктатура. С точки зрения этих концепций рассматриваются практика взаимодействий политиков и военных в условиях посткоммунистической трансформации в Восточной Европе и, в частности, в Польше, которая сопровождалась укреплением демократического контроля над вооруженными силами, профессионализацией вооруженных сил, воспитанием командирских кадров в духе демократии, установлением ясных и логичных конституционных принципов этого взаимодействия.
